I have tried several pasta machine bands and the Atlas 150 is the only one that is of good quality and reliable for making home made, authentic Italian pasta.

Clean up is so easy with a bench scrapper. Work smarter not harder.

If you want to speed up the process and use you kitchenaid stand mixer these are the attachments.  I recommend only using the Kitchenaid brand. Other attachments do not engage as well.
