Service Description

Hands on homemade pasta making class. In this class you will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy. You will get to take your handmade pasta home with you. Then sit and eat homemade pasta noodles with tomato basil sauce that has been simmering all day. Plus a salad with my mothers simple delicious dressing and fresh local bread. A magical experience!
