Service Description

In this hands on class you will make potato gnocchi and ricotta gnocchi. I will share my mom's potato gnocchi technique and Uncle Vito's Ricotta gnocchi making. You will get to take your handmade gnocchi home and then we will sit down and eat homemade gnocchi 2 ways. Plus salad with my mothers simple delicious dressing and fresh local bread.
