Lasagna Class

Service Description

Hands on homemade lasagna class. In this class we will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and egg, sheet your lasagna sheets, and assemble your lasagna for 2 to take home. Then we will all sit down and eat a homemade lasagna with a tomato basil sauce that has been simmering all day. Plus a salad with my mothers simple delicious dressing and fresh bread.
