Service Description

Hands on homemade pasta making class. In this class we will be making flavor infused pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy, fresh spinach and roasted red pepper. You will get to take your handmade pasta home with you. Then we sit and eat flavor infused pasta noodles with complimenting sauces.
