Service Description

In this hands on class we will make tortellini with traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and egg. You will fill your tortellini with cheese. You will get to take your handmade tortellini home. *The tortellini primavera will be demonstrated for you by Launa and you will receive the recipe. After, we will sit together and eat homemade tortellini primavera with seasonal vegetables and white cream sauce. The meal is served with salad, fresh local artisan bread and a few other tasty treats throughout the class. *This class is BYOB.
